All objects produced under KASHEER are handwoven and handcrafted. Minor variations in texture, weave, and finish are inherent to the process and are not treated as defects.

Object values are determined by time, labor, technique, and authorship. Prices are fixed at the time of listing and are not subject to negotiation, discounting, or promotional reduction.

Objects are produced in limited quantities and small batches. Availability is subject to completion timelines and artisan capacity. Registration of an object does not guarantee reservation until acquisition is confirmed.

An acquisition is confirmed only after successful completion of payment. Once confirmed, the object enters preparation for dispatch and cannot be altered or substituted.

Shipping timelines vary depending on destination and object readiness. Dispatch details are communicated after acquisition confirmation. KASHEER is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of the objects, returns and exchanges are not generally accommodated. In rare cases of transit damage, concerns must be communicated within 48 hours of receipt with supporting documentation.

Requests for cancellation may be reviewed only before dispatch. Once an object has entered preparation or shipping, cancellation cannot be accommodated.

Care instructions are provided for each object. Improper handling, washing, or storage may affect the longevity of the garment and is outside the responsibility of KASHEER.

All designs, images, texts, and documentation associated with KASHEER are protected and may not be reproduced without written consent. Artisan authorship remains acknowledged and recorded.

Personal information shared with KASHEER is used solely for the purpose of correspondence, acquisition, and dispatch. Data is not shared with third parties beyond operational necessity.

KASHEER values considered communication over immediacy. Response timelines may vary depending on inquiry volume and nature.
