Every object dispatched by the archive is registered, insured, and tracked. The notes below describe the dispatch procedure, transit windows, and documentation included with each consignment.
Standard objects are dispatched within 5 to 10 working days of registration. Made-to-order and bespoke objects are noted with their individual production windows on the object page.
TRANSIT WINDOWS
- Standard. 3–6 working days, complimentary on every object.
- Express. 2–3 working days, available at the point of acquisition.
- Carrier. Bluedart / DHL Domestic, signed delivery only.
TYPICAL WINDOWS
- Asia & Middle East. 4–7 working days.
- Europe & UK. 5–9 working days.
- Americas. 6–10 working days.
- Rest of world. 7–14 working days.
International rates are calculated at the point of acquisition based on destination, weight, and selected service. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise indicated.
Every consignment is dispatched with a printed dispatch ledger entry recording the object number, weaver's signature, materials, and date of registration. The ledger is provenance — keep it with the object.
All consignments are insured for the full registered value through transit. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, contact the studio with your order reference and dispatch ledger photograph within 7 days of expected delivery.
