The text below is the registered agreement between KASHEER and the acquirer of any object dispatched from the archive. Replace placeholder addresses with your studio's legal contacts.
This document sets out the terms under which objects from the KASHEER archive are sold, dispatched, and registered. By acquiring an object, you accept the terms below in full.
By placing an order through this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you provide is accurate, and that you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy and any document referenced from them.
Account creation is optional but recommended for tracking dispatch, viewing the acquisition ledger, and managing addresses. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. The studio is not liable for actions taken under a compromised account before being notified.
All prices are listed in the indicated currency and are inclusive of taxes where applicable. Payment is taken at the point of registration. The studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where pricing or stock errors are detected; in such cases a full refund will be issued.
Dispatch follows the timelines published on the Shipping Policy page. Title and risk pass to the acquirer on delivery to the carrier-confirmed address.
Returns are governed by the Return Policy. Made-to-order and bespoke objects are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defect.
All design, photography, motifs, and editorial material on this site are the property of the KASHEER archive and are protected by applicable IP law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is permitted only with prior written consent.
Each object is handwoven and finished by hand. Variation in colour, weight, weave, and finish is inherent to the practice and is not a defect. The studio does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or its services and may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of them without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio's total liability arising from any object or service is limited to the amount paid for that object. The studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
