Every object leaves the studio under the assumption that it will be kept. The notes below describe what to do if it must come back.
Acquisitions from the archive may be reversed within fourteen days of receipt under the conditions below. Returns are accompanied by the same care given to dispatch.
AN OBJECT QUALIFIES IF
- Returned within 14 days of confirmed receipt.
- Original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Original tags, ledger entry, and packaging are intact.
- Object number on the ledger matches the dispatched record.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
- Made-to-order or bespoke objects.
- Objects acquired from archive sales (final sale).
- Care or after-sales accessories.
- Objects with damage caused after receipt.
TO REGISTER A RETURN
- Visit the Start a Return page or write to returns@kasheer.example with the object number.
- The studio will issue a return reference and dispatch label within 2 working days.
- Pack the object with the original ledger and packaging.
- Hand the consignment to the indicated carrier within 7 days of receiving the return reference.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of the studio's confirmed receipt and inspection of the returned object. Refunds are issued to the original method of acquisition. Outbound shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is borne by the acquirer unless the object was dispatched in error or arrived damaged.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested object. Reach out before initiating a return if you intend to exchange — the studio will reserve the requested object pending receipt of the original.
If an object arrives damaged or differs from its dispatch ledger, contact the studio within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. Replacements are dispatched at no additional cost.
