Returns are quiet, considered, and confirmed in writing. Begin below.
To register a return, follow the steps below. Each return is logged against the original dispatch ledger and confirmed in writing within 2 working days.
§ 01
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Confirm the object is eligible — within the 14-day window, original condition, ledger and packaging intact. Refer to the Return Policy for full conditions.
§ 02
WHAT YOU NEED
- Order reference (begins with #).
- Object number from the dispatch ledger.
- Reason for return — fit, change of mind, defect, other.
- Photographs if the object arrived damaged or incorrect.
§ 03
STEPS
- Write to the studio. Email returns@kasheer.example with your order reference, object number, and reason.
- Receive return reference. The studio confirms within 2 working days and issues a return reference and prepaid label (where applicable).
- Pack the object. Place it in the original packaging with the dispatch ledger entry. Do not remove tags.
- Hand to the carrier. Drop off the consignment within 7 days of receiving the return reference.
- Refund or exchange. The studio confirms receipt and processes the refund within 5–10 working days.
